Matthew Thomas, a 28 year old Leesburg native, moved to Gainesville in November 2005 to live close to his parents and extended family. Matt graduated with honors from Santa Fe Community College and attended the University of Central Florida for civil engineering. Enjoying the closeness of family, Matt began working with his father, John Thomas, at Bosshardt Realty. With John’s extensive knowledge of the real estate market and Matt’s technical expertise, the two have made a great team selling commercial real estate in the Gainesville, Alachua County area. Within months of beginning his new career at Bosshardt, Matt also started selling residential real estate in addition to commercial with his wife, Tiffany Thomas, and his mother, Diane Thomas. Matt and Tiffany have worked hard to become among the elite group of President’s Club Members and Multi-Million Dollar Producers for Bosshardt. Their dedication, persistence, and hard work they’ve exerted throughout college and sports have prepared them for their career in real estate. On a personal note, Matt and Tiffany became the proud parents of their first child, Madelyn Marie Thomas, on May 6, 2009.
